What's really disconcerting about that is this sentence on the page - ' It is not a comprehensive list of all individuals arrested by the Chicago Police Department for patronizing or soliciting for prostitution. ' So, not only do they post pictures of people arrested but not proven guilty, they pick and choose the pictures they want to show. One of the crazy/intriguing things about DFW is the number of reservoirs created. Basically there was so much space around here that they just started making huge reservoirs.
